Each initiation includes the Pattern Archetype Card and three Animal Cards — Shadow, Glow, and Lantern. Each card carries an insight, three contemplations, and a mantra designed to be spoken aloud, written in a journal, or simply held in the body.

The PDF is yours to keep, return to, and work with at your own pace. There is no right order. Begin with the animal that finds you.

Do I need to know the I Ching or Human Design to use this?

Not at all. The Arc(k) is designed to be received directly. The animal teachings speak for themselves. You bring your life — the cards bring the mirror.

How do I work with the initiations?

However you're called. Some people move through all eight in order. Some open to a single mystery and stay with it for weeks. The contemplations are designed for journaling, morning practice, or quiet reflection. The mantras are meant to be spoken aloud.
