I study the patterns underneath things: symbols, systems, people, and organizations, and help the right ones come into alignment and come alive.

My training is in patterns: how they form, repeat, and resolve, whether that's inside a card, a person, a team, or a business. I've spent years inside traditions built to study exactly that: the I Ching, Kabbalah, Gene Keys, the Hermetic and Western Mystery traditions, tarot, and Human Design (certified, Levels 1 and 2).

I've spent just as many years testing what I learned against real conditions: in retail, in leadership, flipping a house with my dad, building a business with a partner, in a band with no single leader where I learned firsthand what real group alignment actually costs.

What I've come to trust: a group only aligns as far as the people in it are aligned inside themselves first. That's the lens I bring into any room, whether I'm teaching a symbolic system, advising a team on alignment, or sitting 1:1 with someone birthing or stewarding a soul-project of their own, something closer to a calling than a to-do list. My job in that seat isn't to hand over answers. It's to help the pattern become visible enough that the right next step chooses itself.

Publicly, most of this shows up as Captain Jezzatron: the Arc(k) of Animal Alchemy, an original hand-painted oracle system, and The Symbols Class, which teaches the grammar behind it. Those are real, finished things, and a natural place to start if you want to see the work directly. They're also one expression of a wider practice.
