Sugarskull 21 - Watercolor in Gold

For this original I created a rich vibrant background in watercolor, cut a stencil and overlaid a champagne/emperor Gold mix on top of the background. 

The shimmer is nice. Overall it's busy and beautiful. The purple and golds and Blues and Reds are poppin!

I'm really happy with how the background ended up fitting with the overlaid sugarskull....I try not to plan too much and this worked out. 

I'm not doing prints of this because the Gold effect won't translate.
