I painted this in 2025 while I was looking at the themes of "Congregation" 

Ant teaches a lesson about dominance - the pressure to perform and excel in a group activity through effort. 

I see a team; everyone coming from different locations, but with a shared purpose...to understand the place we belong in the group - guided by principle. Together, dominance can be experienced as amazing achievement, but alone...dominance feels competitive, uncooperative and unable to achieve the great work of building (pyramids in the background) and growing (preparing and pollinating fields) and being part of a whole.
