Shipping

All orders are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana via USPS.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or around seasonal ship dates, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (USA): We ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage depending on order size and weight. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

International shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Patreon physical shipments: Physical prints included in Patreon memberships ship 8 times per year aligned to the Wheel of the Year. See the Patreon shipping schedule post for full details including cutoff dates and what's included in each shipment.
